Purchasing Terms & Conditions
- All prices are quoted are exclusive of VAT and are in GBP.
- Unless an approved company/organisation account has been opened, all fees must be paid in full, prior to the commencement of the course.
- In the event of the cancellation by the learner, the following applies:- Cancellation with at least one calendar month notice: 90% refund of paid fees or free transfer to one of our other venues.
- Cancellation with at least 14 days notice: 75% refund of paid fees or free transfer to one of our other venues.
- Cancellation with at least one week’s notice: 50% refund of paid fees or free transfer to one of our other venues.
- Cancellation with less than one week’s notice: 25% refund of paid fees or free transfer to one of our other venues.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the course: No refund of paid fees. But payment of fees in full is still required.
- Learners who fail to turn up will still be charged and required to pay the full fee.
 
- All approved company/organisation accounts must be paid in full within 30 days.
- In the case of in-house courses, delivery fees are to be in full when the course is cancelled by the host organisation or employer, with less than 7 days notice of the cancellation.
- If, after dates for a face-to-face course has been agreed, the host decides to change the date of the training, the tutors day rate will still need to be paid for the dates that had already been reserved.
