Comment: This is the first online course I’ve done and I really enjoyed the challenge. I served 22y in the British Armed Services and this has been by far the best power point Cse I have taken

Comment: I really liked the section on the filters, legislation and the balancing of chemicals, I am now reviewing quite a few of our policies and procedures to bring them up to date. I also liked the videos of backwashing a high rate and medium rate filter, interesting to see different equipment used from what we have.
